At its core, Spindlefoot explores the quiet violence of self-perception - how shame, once internalised, begins to take on a life of its own. The film is designed as an intimate, subjective experience, unfolding in real time within a confined space where the boundary between thought and reality dissolves. The horror is largely unseen, emerging through absence, sound, and subtle shifts in presence, allowing a quiet psychological unease to build beneath the surface.
